Job Description

The marketing and administrative officer will assist the Dean in administering all aspects of the Academy: management and administration; budgeting; finance and control; training and curriculum planning and development; marketing.


  • Responsible for administrative, marketing and finance functions of the department
  • ● Develop projects from forecast stage through actual execution while demonstrating
  • strong attention to detail in all aspects of the business
  • ● Conduct competitive research and develop client marketing and communication plans.
  • ● Planning offline and digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social
  • media and display advertising
  • ● Grow NiRA Academy social media following and engagement
  • ● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
  • goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • ● Identifying, evaluating, exploring, and recommending business deals, options or
  • investments for the growth of the NiRA Academy.
  • ● Reporting to Dean, NARC on activities with prospective clients to secure business deals
  • ● Facilitation of training programmes for NiRA Academy
  • ● Other duties as assigned by the Dean, NiRA Academy according to the Academy’s
  • mandate


  • Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a similar role
  • ● First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Education, or related
  • discipline. A postgraduate Degree in related discipline would be an added advantage
  • ● Degree or other certification in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Comm
  • ● B2B project experience
  • ● Relevant Professional body membership e.g. NIMN, CIM etc.
  • ● Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • ● Proven working experience in admin and finance role
  • ● 5 years’ experience in Marketing
  • ● 3 years’ experience in Admin Role
  • ● Ability to work with little or no supervision
