Job Description

Our client is a leading FMCG company, looking to hire a Digital Back Office Agent that will be responsible for keeping in touch with retail customers within the defined territories, drive and increase the overall objectives (Order rate, Active/Participation rate, Success rate) for the company.


Responsibilities

  • Analyse data and provide insights to support growth within assigned territory
  • Review Google analytics, Tableau/Einstein Analytics to share periodic business reports
  • Database management (using salesforce data loader)
  • Consolidate excel sheets, analyze data and share Powerbi reports
  • CRM backend management & administration. Manage community builder to ensure front-end
  • view are in line with commercial plans.
  • Supervise digital agencies updating community builder and CSS/HTML to ensure updates meet
  • defined briefs
  • Communicate with different stakeholders on platform deployment and implementation

Requirements

  • BSC/HND degree in Commerce, Marketing or related etc.
  • Data analysis: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Einstein Analytics (Tableau), Power BI
  • CRM administration: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Loader
  • Other desired experiences: Jira, Confluence, E-Commerce management, Backend management, CSS/HTML Working Knowledge, Database management, and other SAAS.
